Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Sempery Online Shop

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to customers of the sempery.ee online store and Sempery OÜ registration code: 17181098, address: Ida-Viru maakond, Narva linn, A. Puškini tn 20-9, 20307 when purchasing goods.
1.2. The owner of the online store reserves the right to change the terms and prices. Any changes will be published on the sempery.ee website.


2. Ordering and Payment

2.1. The customer adds products to the shopping cart and confirms the order.
2.2. Payment is made using the selected payment method (bank links, card payments, etc.). Payments are processed securely via Maksekeskus AS. The payment currency is EUR.
2.3. Maksekeskus AS is an authorized payment intermediary. Payments are processed via a secure connection.
 

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
3.2. Delivery partners: [Omniva, Smartpost, etc.]
3.3. Delivery time depends on the location and the chosen delivery method (on average 2-3 business days within Estonia).
 

4. Return and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
4.2. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective products.
